Ester A. Stubbs Varnado received The Honor

and Distinguished Lt. Governor’s Awards from

Optimist International, Capital Virginia District,

for her executive leadership over seven optimist

clubs in Zone Four which include five clubs in

Northern Virginia and two in Africa.  Optimist

International is an international community

service organization whose mission is to

"Bring out the Best in Kids”

by providing hope and positive vision.
